Structuring and advising on a structured lending backed by mobile solar panels sold into Africa. Units produce enough power to provide lighting, charge mobile phones and operate televisions. Next iteration is aiming at fridges for storing food, medicine etc.

Aim of the lending is to provide ongoing working capital to panel producers to help distribute products as widely as possible across Africa and other disadvantaged regions (e.g. South America, parts of Asia)

Period of Mandate – December 2017 – Current: Advising on structure, pricing of assets. Also member of Advisory Board acting as sounding board on general strategy.
